Gavin Lowe Energy has been installing and servicing air conditioning and ventilation systems in the greater Christchurch area for over 25 years.
When the business was first established, core values of honest advice, quality workmanship and caring service were important factors in its growth and success. These values remain fundamental to the company, they are simple and genuine, and apply to any sized project, from the smallest to the largest.
Our expertise stretches in many directions. For design build, from concept to completion, our team will develop solutions for our clients optimum outcome and can provide producer statements, drawings and specifications for consenting purposes as required throughout the process.
From new build to existing building upgrade projects, we have seen it all, and have a long list of successful projects and satisfied clients to show for it.
We particularly pride ourselves on keeping up to date with advances in all related technologies, equipment and materials, ensuring we are constantly front footing best practise.
Once a design, tender, and/or quotation has been accepted, an experienced supporting infrastructure is able to kick in including our administration team, supervisors and managers, and our suppliers, working together to facilitate the project to a successful conclusion. Following on from this, our service team will be available to provide immediate and ongoing support as required.
Our installation and service team are our own experienced and appropriately qualified technicians, electricians and engineers, committed to completing the work we have specified for you to our own high standard.
Larger projects will be co-ordinated by a dedicated Projects Team, while smaller projects are supported by the wider team. Team Leaders are assigned to head up the on-site work with the support from our supervisor and management team, ensuring all aspects of the project are well understood and applied appropriately.
The service team who follow on from completed installation projects are experienced and skilled at both maintaining and supporting your new equipment, and in any fault-finding and repairs that may be required down the track. Maintenance support agreements can be easily arranged and implemented as appropriate to suit.
Our teams are fully trained in Height & Harness and Building Site Safe procedures including pre-start site assessments, self safety inspections, site evacuations and emergency plan and procedures for emergency work. In addition our employees are all police vetted and are supplied with fit for purpose PPE, tools and equipment.
