Our technical design skills alongside our experienced installation management can offer advice, concept design, drawings and pricing from a range of technologically advanced systems for almost any application to provide the optimum climate controlled and ventilated solution.

From schools and kindergartens, to churches, hotels, retirement complexes, offices and movie theatres, we cover any sort of commercial site. Each one of these sites requires a totally bespoke solution to achieve the appropriate desired outcomes. No site or project is too big or too small for our design, installation and maintenance service teams.

We can design build or work with your own mechanical design engineer for the supply and installation. Ongoing maintenance service is available on our own installation or an existing installation.

Apartments

This genre of project requires particular attention to detail in its consistency but also flexibility from unit to unit. We can design and supply a variety of solutions to suit any sized apartment building, from a small 2 unit complex to a multi story and multi unit complex. Post 2011 earthquake we have been and continue to be involved in the development of a large number of this popular form of residential living, providing both air conditioning / heat pump equipment and also full ventilation solutions, for both air circulation and extract purposes.
