Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Solar

Every site requires a bespoke solution from a vast array of equipment options, that’s where we come in.

Air
Conditioning

There are many options in air conditioning equipment to choose from, and what suits one application may not be suitable for another.

This is where the right advice and design is essential to ensuring the appropriate solution is applied to your project. Here are some of the product options we may suggest, full equipment model details and specifications would be provided to suit.

VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume)

A commercially applied climate management solution that optimises comfort and control whilst delivering significant energy efficiencies. Indoor units are connected to suit virtually any application or décor. Can also come as a simultaneous heating and cooling option.

Ducted Systems

Discreet air conditioned comfort can be installed tailored to suit appropriate premises, and once installed, only the controller, the return air and discharge grilles are visible.

Ceiling Cassettes

Designed for use in shops, restaurants and small offices, cassette split systems provides a comfortable environment for building occupants all year round, installed inside a ceiling cavity or can be exposed depending on the space.

Split Systems

Heat or cool a single room, split systems are ideal for air conditioning one room or a specific area of a building. A wide variety of models are offered to suit your requirements and are available in either wall mounted or floor standing type.

Packaged Systems

Rooftop packaged units have been developed specifically to suit commercial applications, and are designed for flexible and easy installation.

Applied Solutions

At the heart of an applied air conditioning system is a powerful, reliable chiller. Chillers provide highly efficient comfort solutions for all kinds of HVAC applications – from small retail projects to large commercial and district cooling schemes. Many kinds of energy intensive, specialist industrial operations depend on chillers for precise control of process cooling and climate management. When combined with air handling units or fan coil units for indoor heating and cooling, Chillers offer an efficient and flexible means to control your indoor environment. So when it comes to chilled water systems, one size certainly does not fit all and require appropriate specification from a comprehensive range of chillers to meet every requirement, offering advanced technologies that optimise performance, whatever the environment.

Control
Solutions

Control solutions to suit your needs will be specifically tailored to your application, from a range of proprietary and open protocol control systems to compliment your climate control system, giving building managers the ability to control multiple fan coils, zones or buildings from a single interface.

Hot Water
Solutions

Hydronic heating and cooling solutions are highly flexible, energy efficient heating systems.

At the heart of the system lies an innovative air to water heat pump that provides hydronic heating and cooling all year round.

Commercial
Ventilation

From offices, schools and hotels to restaurants, bars, commercial kitchens and laundries, appropriate ventilation is critical. There are Building Code requirements around the appropriate application and use which need to be incorporated with any design.

We can design, supply and install the mechanical ventilation requirements on your project including full heating recovery ventilation, positive pressure ventilation, bathroom and kitchen extract systems.

We can also modify existing systems. For example correctly designed HEPA filters and ultraviolet germicidal irradiation can be an effective way to treat the air in recirculating ventilation systems, and can be retrofitted to existing equipment, adding another layer of protection against cross contamination and infection in the work place or complex.

Solar
Power

Solar photovoltaic systems used in a commercial application will provide for significant and immediate savings on your current energy charges.

Businesses have the advantage of operating (business hours) when solar power is generating and so this free solar energy is immediately being utilised instead of your grid connected power supply. You wouldn’t necessarily need to invest in the added technology of battery storage because of this, so your upfront investment can very quickly pay for itself.

At Gavin Lowe Energy, we have a dedicated specialised team with Gavin Lowe Electrical who can design and quote a solar power system for you. Visit the website for more details.
